The Whiffler Comedy Night: 8pm-10pm, Castle Gardens (over 18's only). Doors open at 7pm. Not for the easily offended! Friday 4th July
The Glory of Handel - Norwich Pops Orchestra: 7.30pm, Norwich Cathedral. Conductor - Geoff Davidson. Joined by a star soloist and massed choir, the Norwich Pops Orchestra will perform Handel's music including his Water Music, Fireworks Music, Arrival of the Queen of Sheba, Hallelujah Chorus and Zadok the Priest. The Dragon Parade: 9pm-10.30pm, start at Norwich Cathedral and finish at The Forum. Join the night-time carnival dragons as they parade through the city streets from the Cathedral to The Forum for the grand finale.

Street Entertainers: 2pm-3pm & 7.30pm-10pm, City Centre. Dragon Quest, Hairy Flashers, Jigantica, Vegetable Nannies and Flying Fox Bats.
SomewhereSummer 08: 2pm-1am, Henry's, The Haymarket. A healthy clash of art meets dance music culture as Somewhere host another of their legendary open air parties at Henry's on The Haymarket.
The Lord Mayor's 5km Classic Road Race: 6.30pm, City Centre. The country's top road racers are back in action - see www.conac.org.uk.
The Lord Major's Street Procession: 6.45pm, City Centre. Dating back to the late 1700s, this is one of the country's oldest processions. Join us for the best loved event of the year and watch an array of lively dancers, bands, floats and carnival characters wind their way through the city streets.
Chapelfield Gardens Music Festival: 7pm-midnight. 7pm The SweetBeats, 8pm Funky Latin sensation Peyoti For President, 9.30pm-10.15pm and 10.40pm Rio De Janeiro's top carnival band Monobloco.
Performance Stage: 8pm-11pm, City Hall. Featuring Hip Hop and street dancers Knightshift, cancan troupe Les Fifis Farfelues, Dholi dancers and musicians Dhol Blasters, Bhangra Blasters, and ambient movers the Slinkies.
