Myself, Husband and two young children(2yrs and 4yrs) are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom property to rent in norwich from 25/10/2010(half term week)
We moved to Essex from Norwich 6 months ago and have regretted this decission as we miss are family and friends and are now desperate to move back!
We would be on LHA for about the first month as my Husband would have to find work in norwich but we can afford a desposit and a months rent in advance. We can also provide a referance from where we are currently living.
We are not really fussy about the state of the property and wouldn't mind if it needed redecorating or minor repairing. If you were to offer us a one bedroom then me and my Husband would buy a sofa bed for the lounge and the children could have the bedroom which we feel would work.
Ideally we are looking for somewhere within walking distance to the city centre but would consider surrounding areas.
We can afford anything from £450 to £550 PCM depending on number of bedrooms/property type/location etc
I am visting my parents back in Norwich next monday 11/10/2010 so would be able to view property and give you a descisson there and then.
